In January, NACMS started another round of its New Employee Orientation Program for two new employees of the United States Province: Shelly Kramer and Tina Weber.
Shelly joined the Association of Marianist Universities (AMU) in January as the senior administrative assistant to Bro. Tom Giardino, SM. Tina Weber serves as administrative assistant in the Office of the Provincial and Assistant Provincial.
In the year-long New Employee Orientation Program, NACMS staff journey with Shelly and Tina as they read, discuss, and learn about key Marianist topics to foster a greater understanding of the Marianist Charism and an increased capacity for engagement with the Marianist Family.
