Our year-long New Employee Orientation Program provides new employees of the Marianist Province and Marianist-adjacent ministries with an understanding of the Marianist Charism and an increased capacity for engagement with the Marianist Family. Participants meet monthly with NACMS staff to discuss readings and concepts of significant Marianist topics, such as the Marianist Founders, the Marianist Charism, the Marianist System of Virtues and Prayer, Marianist Social Justice, and more. This program is adapted for each cohort to meet the context and formation level of each participant. It can also be accelerated into a six-month program that would include bi-weekly, rather than monthly, meetings.

We are excited to currently have Shelly Kramer (administrative assistant for the American Marianist Universities (AMU)) and Tina Weber (administrative assistant in the Office of the Provincial and the Assistant Provincial) participating in this program and to have a new cohort starting very soon in late August 2024.
