Returns Policy
- You may receive full credit for books returned in resalable condition within 1 year of invoice date. Books must be returned in resalable condition to receive credit. Please pack books carefully. We reserve the right to determine whether or not books are resalable. If books are determined not to be in resalable condition, we are unable to issue credit. No returns for out-of-print books.
- Shipping charges for return shipments should be prepaid.
Damaged Merchandise
- Please examine your shipment upon receipt. Damage and discrepancies with the materials ordered or invoiced need to be reported within 30 days of receipt by calling 937-429-2521 or e-mailing nacmsorders@udayton.edu. We will determine whether credit or replacements will be issued.
